Vedic Maths: Addition - Double Digits + Double Digits (Higher Concept)

Vedic Maths: Addition - Double Digits + Double Digits (Higher Concept)

Hello Friends, Today we are going to learn a new concept in the Vedic Maths. And that New Concept in the Vedic Maths is Addition - Double Digits + Double Digits. So, Let's start our new concept in the Vedic Maths: Addition - Double Digits + Double Digits.

Vedic Maths Addition - Double Digits + Double Digits (Higher Concept)
Vedic Maths Addition - Double Digits + Double Digits (Higher Concept)

Before Starting our new concept I would like to revise our last concept that was the Vedic Maths: Addition - Double + Single Digits Concept. What we had learned in that we are going to understand that by an example 28 + 7 = How much. So in that post, we had learned that we are identifying the sum is the carrying sum or non-carrying sum. And if that sum was the carrying sum then we were adding 1 to the tens place. Here, we had added the 2 + 1 = 3. So, we were writing 3 instead of writing 2. then we were getting the tens place to answer but to get the answer of the unit place we were using another concept called the Vedic Maths End Number concept. So by this method, we were getting the unit place answer. Here, 8 + 7 = 5. After Finding the tens place answer and the unit place answer we were combining both answers and then we were getting our final answer 35.

Moving to this concept Vedic Maths: Addition - Double Digits + Double Digits (Higher Concept) To understand this concept properly we are going to take an example. And the example to understand this concept is 32 + 25 is equals to how much ?. We are not going to solve this example by the regular maths but we are going to solve it by Vedic Maths. So let's starts to solving this example with Vedic Maths. In the Vedic Maths, We start solving the sums from Left to Right, not by the Right to Left like the regular maths. First, we will starts from the right and see that the pair that is next to our line has to carry number or non-carry. And if the given sums have the carry number then we add 1 to our tens place solution number. And If it is not then don't add 1 to our tens place solution number. Now to find the unit place answer, Remember the Vedic Maths: Addition - End Numbers concept. Applying this in our example then, 2 + 5 = 7 Which is a non-carrying number so we are not going to add 1 to our tens place solution number.

So, here we get our tens place answer that is 2 + 5 = 7 So the tens place the answer is the 7. And by the End Number method concept, the answer is the 3+ 2 = 5. So the units place the answer is the 5. Here we got our final answer that is the 75.

To explain to you in detail I had written this long but while solving we don't need this much we just have to do this long in our mind. So you see that hoe easy this Vedic Maths is. So moving to next we are going to take two more examples one example for the carrying number and the other for non-carrying numbers. Then I will write the Steps to solve this Vedic Maths: Addition - Double  Digits + Double Digits Sums:

Example Carrying Sums of the Vedic Maths: Addition - Double  Digits + Double Digits

Here we are going to take 72  + 18. Solving this Sum. This is the Carrying number so we are going to add 1 to our tens place solution number. 7 + 1 +1 = 9. So the answer to the tens place is 9. And by the End Number method concept, we are going to get the unit place answer which is 8 +2 = 0. It is 10 but instead of 10, we will write only 0 which is our unit place answer. So now combining both answers and then we were getting our final answer 90.

Example Non-Carrying Sums of the Vedic Maths: Addition - Double  Digits + Double Digits

Here we are going to take 71 + 18. Solving this Sum. This is the Carrying number so we are not going to add 1 to our tens place solution number. 7 + 1 = 8. So the answer to the tens place is 8. And by the End Number method concept, we are going to get the unit place answer which is 8 +1 = 9. It is 9 which is our unit place answer. So now combining both answers and then we were getting our final answer 89.

Steps to solve this Vedic Maths: Addition - Double  Digits + Double Digits Sums:

Step 1:  Identifying the sum is the Carrying sum or Non-Carrying sum.
Step 2: And If the sum is the Carrying sum then add 1 to the tens place.
Step 3: And If the sum is Non-Carrying sum then do the solution as it is.
Step 4: Here we will get the tens place answer.
Step 5: Find the unit place answer by the End Number concepts.
Step 6: Write your final answer.
